These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GirlMatch, operated at girlmatch.live. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

GirlMatch is strictly for adults who are 18 years of age or older. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use GirlMatch and must leave the platform immediately.

Users in jurisdictions where random video chat or adult content platforms are restricted or prohibited are responsible for complying with their local laws. GirlMatch makes no representations about its legality in any specific jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You may use GirlMatch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any other user
- Expose yourself or display explicit sexual content without the explicit consent of the other party
- Record, capture, or redistribute any other user's video or audio without their consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
- Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of the platform
- Transmit any malware, spyware, or other harmful code through the platform
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform's infrastructure
Content Standards
GirlMatch is a live video platform and we do not pre-screen or moderate conversation content in real time. However, you remain responsible for your conduct and the content you transmit or display during sessions.
You must not display, share, or transmit content that:
- Involves minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
- Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of another person
- Depicts real violence or self-harm
- Is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the user you are communicating with
We reserve the right to take action — including termination of access — against users who we reasonably believe have violated these content standards, based on reports from other users or our own review.
Disclaimer of Warranties
GirlMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content transmitted through the platform by other users.
You use GirlMatch at your own risk. GirlMatch is not responsible for the conduct of any user, the content of any conversation, or any consequences arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other users.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GirlMatch at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes termination in response to violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or our Community Guidelines.
Because GirlMatch does not require account creation, termination typically means blocking access from specific IP addresses or devices based on reported violations. Users who are terminated may not attempt to circumvent this action to regain access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GirlMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any interactions with other users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GirlMatch after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
